Beginning June of 2013 we will accept online applications for the 2013-2014 school year.

In addition to registering online, you must provide the following information/items to the school at the time of enrollment.
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE-all students must present their birth certificate at the time of enrollment.
- IMMUNIZATION RECORDS-all students must present their immunization records at the time of enrollment.
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE (even if you were previously enrolled in a D8 school) please furnish one of the following as proof: escrow paperwork or lease agreement; most recent gas, electric or water bill.
- WITHDRAWAL GRADES-you must provide a withdrawal form from your current school unless you are entering at the beginning of the school year.
- NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF PREVIOUS SCHOOL
- IF MILITARY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN'S NAME, RANK AND BRANCH OF SERVICE
ENTRANCE AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Kindergarten students must be five on or before October 1 of the year of enrollment.
First grade students must attain the age of six on or before October 1 of the year of enrollment. This requirement may be waived if the student has attended at least 120 days of kindergarten in another state. Exceptions to entrance age requirements may be made in accordance with State law pertaining to the education of military children.
Students enrolling in Kindergarten and First Grade will not be allowed to begin school until a birth certificate and immunization records are presented.
